1) अवधेश प्रताप सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के आदेशानुसार, विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत किये गये आवेदन पर विचार तभी किया जायेगा, जब किये गये आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी एवं संबंधित दस्तावेज, छात्र के द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय के संबंधित शिक्षण विभाग/अध्यन केंद्र में जमा किया जायेंगा, अन्यथा छात्र इसके लिये स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे | 2) पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश लेने वाले छात्रों को सूचित किया जाता हैं, कि प्रवेश फॉर्म भरने से पहले, अहर्ता अंकसूची में वर्णित नाम / पिता का नाम / माता का नाम / श्रेणी के अनुसार वर्णित करें, यह एक बार भरने के बाद अपरिवर्तनीय रहेंगा एवं इसका उत्तरदायित्व छात्र का रहेंगा | 3) भरे हुये प्रवेश फॉर्म में यदि किसी प्रकार कि त्रुटि हैं Point No-2 को छोड़ कर, प्रवेश फॉर्म का Payment करने के पश्चात, छात्र विश्वविद्यालय के संबंधित शिक्षण विभाग / अध्यन केंद्र पर जा कर त्रुटि सुधार करवा सकते हैं | 4)छात्र अपना स्वयं का ईमेल तथा वॉट्सप मोबाइल नंबर ही डालें जिसका उपयोग ऑनलाइन शिक्षण एवं प्रशासनिक सूचनाएं भेजने के प्रयोग में लाया जायेगा |
